Rules & Regulations :

1. Colourful Fun Run is open to participants who is age 16 and above only.

2. Participants needs to register via online registration at http://ymmtbr.wixsite.com/colourfulcarnival/online-registration.

3. Registration fee is strictly not refundable.

4. Registration is non-transferable.

5. Registration is considered successful only after payment has been received by organizer.

6. Participants are required to pay the registration fee via ATM or online transfer to the bank account given above ( reference state: Colourful Fun Run )

7. Incomplete entries (i.e. not accompanied by fees or contain details) will be rejected.

8. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple entries.

9. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and time of the event or any related activities should any unforeseen circumstances arise.

10. Participants have to collect their own running kit. ( Collection date and venue will be announced by organizer)

11. Participants have to collect all 4 colour bands during the run from every checkpoint in order to exchange goodie bag after the finishing point.

12. Finishing medal will be awarded to the first 2000 participants who finish their run within 1 hour.

13. Participants who won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be rewarded with cash prize.

14. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

15. The organizer is not responsible in the event of an accident, injury or death which may arise, before, during or as a result of the participation in the Penang Bridge International Marathon.
